Do you listen to trance while driving

It sort of is a stupid question because most likely the answer is yes for everyone.
Its just that in the world of crap hip/hop/rap being played in every car , I never ever hear decent EDM playing in other peoples cars(not that Im always listening for it) but I play mine decently loud so Im sure others hear it. I never hear it in other cars UNLESS im on my way downtown to the club/show. Even hearing rock is a rarity these days imo. (Although there are still lots of listeners/fans incl myself).
Even the late 30ish folks who live behind me play crappy rNb/rap stuff and they are white as can be(not that you need to be dark to listen to that stuff, but you get what I mean)
I cant be the only one who notices this.
If that rare occurance comes along and I catch something ,I feel this sort of retarded bond to the people listening. LOL. I dont know why. Maybe cause its so rare to come across? |

Not much anymore ... trying to stay away from muzuk. Listening to mostly punk and mid 90s hip hop now when I drive.

All I play is EDM while driving. Last night I was comming home, with some Infected Mushroom, and this guy pulls up, looks over to hear where it's comming from, and nods. Yeah, I know what you mean, every time I do hear someone playing something decent, I do feel some form of communal gratitude towards them :p
I guess it's one of those instances of "If you know, you know". Too bad it's a rarity, but not to be unexpected. |
