Hi guys, just startet on a remix of Armin Van Buuren - Shivers.
The sample contains only the takeoff of the track, and I havent added most percussion yet except kick and snare. I really would like your opinions on this one. Thanks in advance! :)

To call it Shivers, you need vocals m8. :)
Anyways, sounding nice already, what are you waiting for to finish it. Watch the output level, it's clipping atm. The sound at the back at 0:33 clashes i think, isn't really a good key.

| sounds more like a remake then a remix at the moment :) The pads are not really in key on the first couple of notes. Sound quality sounding nice though, nice and full. |

Thanks for feedback guys! :) Yeah, the sample is clipping..I was aware of that. Will adjust volumes! :D
Stino: You said the pad wasnt in key the first couple of notes. Do you mean the first pad or the second one? Maybe I'll change change the second pad after 28 secs.

Thanks gays, I'm glad you liked it! :D Maybe I'll change the pianosound..but I wont remove it..Wish I had the acapella though! :(
I will change some levels in the track..this sample is produced with a lousy headphone. I Will use my studiomonitors to adjust the levels! :) Also I will remove the clipping! Stay chooned! |

anyway, quality is good of the production, also good fx, nice bassline, everything sounds nice here, i only miss one thing: since it's a remix it should be much more different to the original version of the track,
anyway good work so far mate, i looking forward to the final result!

Yeah, I party agree..but since I love uplifting trance..and this is what I want to make in the future I wanted to make this an uplifting trance as well. If the results get good maybe I'll send the remix over to Armin..hehe. Doubt I will have any chance to get signed though..but we'll see. Im not satisfied with the pianosound in the sample..and the track as a hole need alot of work imo.
