Cant be arsed to read if someones posted this already. But try the following hot drinks before you go to bed.
Horlicks (Dont know if u have that in us, malty drink)
Hot milk with a few Teaspoons of Honey
Cammomile Tea with a few tea spoons of Honey.
Or try Herbal sedatives or get some lavender scented candles, thats a natural body relaxant and will calm you down.
And maybe put some chill out music on like Dido.
If all else fails, do a search for my insomiacs club i started about a month ago in the core and post in there :) |

I didn't get good sleep last night... couple hours. For some reason I woke up really early and just got up. So, now I'm looking for ways to keep myself alert today. I work at 10:30 to probably around 3.
Might just stop in at the store and buy some ephedrine tabs. Those little bitches wake ya up. :stongue: |
