| ok so it is at on broadway and that kinda does suck, although its a fun venue to go to w/ friends, take into consideration that this is on a thursday and normally on broadway isn't open on thursdays so hopefully the crowd will be better than the usual |

| GOt my tickets!! woo hoo~ i can't wait... I kinda like On Broadway... maybe not the crowd persay...but... its a nice club... When I saw him there before..i just stood in the front..and blocked everyone else out...It was a fun night!!:tongue2 |

I have a situation you can analyze: What should I do with all this property? I will not be at Spundae this Saturday because I am purchasing a piece of real estate. There are adjacent lots if you are interested but you better move quick because these lots are smokin' hot and will be off of the market extremely fast. |

| Last time Ferry was at On Broadway it was a great show. Usually I'm not too impresswed by big names but his mixing was right on for the situation and dance floor. Must be cool to do a 2 hour set and have it be mostly your own music! |
