my new midi controller shuts down PC

| so i took my new evolution mk-461c out of the box and hooked it up via usb to my computer. it can be powered by usb or ac adapter. whenever i turn the keyboard on, my pc restarts. sometimes if i leave it on while i restart, i get a strange error message mentioning drivers, etc. if i don't get that message, then it restarts within a few minutes of starting up. i'm 90% sure that it's a power usage issue and i'm on my way to pick up a 9v AC adapter. has anyone else had this problem? |

what kind of computer spec you have?
since its powering from usb, i suspect you have a generic powersupply that doesnt put out a constant voltage.
buy a better Powersupply i recommend fortron |
