[Trance] Moldano - Inorganic Life (www-edit)

Hi,
This one of my newest tracks. It has a dark/progressive/melodramatic sound. I made it with FL Studio in about 15 hours. If you have questions about me or my production, ask me! I also appreciate sincere criticism.
By the way, it's an www-edit with 96kbit.

you and Romi are one of the upcoming trance producers imo from holland.
to bad you posted it 96 and not 112.
the tune is really nice, break is cool and the way the main melody comes in is quite nice.
been a while since i heard a nice trance melody.
TO bad the quality sux,
4.17 you build 8 bars with the pad with a filter but when it comes to 4.17 nothing extra gets added to do \o/. at 4.17 a extra drving perc line should be added there.
Dont change the chords of the melody later on when it goes higher, removes drive imo.
Can't really comment on mixing, but i think the main lead is a bit to quiet in the tune.
Nice pad work overall in the tune. |

| Dunno if it's the quality but kickdrum could sit bit better in the mix. Also bass needs bit more presence but I did like the melodies and this have some potential ideas. Break was good, cool synths. Would be nice to hear a better quality sample so we could give you more detailed comments :) |

This here's a really sweet track, imo. I'm definately liking the progressive feel and the hard as nails bass. nice drop @ 3:23.

You got a new track finished, you didn't told me...
Kick is a little bit swampy, cutting it could fix that problem. Cool fx effects used, i like it.
Intro was a kind of boring, to long. Break is nice spacy, it's a shame that you posted such a low bitrate! :mad:
Please take a look at the point after your break, it like if I'm listening to a another song.
The track has some nice elements. The break is very cool, the effects also, maybe it's cool to combine that two. |

First thing I notice is that the kick has some chorus or flanger or so on the high end, you can actually hear a few clicks because of it. I know it's a nice way to give the kick some extra punch, but it doesn't work out like this, have another look at it.
FX are cool.
The hats dissappear all of a sudden, the 'buildup' in the break is very poor. No announcement, things are just kept away.
Arp pluck thingy is nice too.
It's hard to comment on the bass, cause it's hardly there. You really need to look at the levels.
Melody doesn't do anything, it's too basic to me. Maybe you should spend more time on it.
It seems as there's too much compression on the track, when the kick is in there, all is pushed back too much, cause when it's not there everything is more upfront.
Hm well I think there's still a lot to do. Can't really say much on the mixing, cause of the bitrate. Good luck!

Here is the link with the 192kb sample. I listened to it, and the climax really misses Bass :(. Have to change that.
