Workin' for the weekend

so my this girl i work with comes up to me and says, "i know you have working with the job postin stuff if your priortity...but david has a project he wants you to work on. not every long should only take 4 hours...so its something you can work on over the weekend" then i blacked out

i didn't get a corp job so that i could work on the weekend kthxbye |

| Dude, I'm on call 24/7... I got paged once while at a party, rollin' my ass off and I had to go investigate a transport truck roll over. So I get to the accident scene wearing my club wear (big wide legged pants and a t-shirt that says "MANWHORE" in 2 inch block silver letters), with my eyes all saucer like... there are three cops on the scene, the paramedics, the trucker, and cheese stroon all across the highway. The cops have their lights on, the ambulance has it's lights on, the tow truck has it's lights on and I have to somehow keep it all together, photograph the scene, inventory the cargo and take a statement from the driver.... not the best night... |

As I drove up to the scene I started laughing because I had a Tiesto CD on and the music mixed with the lights made it seem to me like I was driving back into the club. |

funnah! i had a similar experience when i worked at The Gap. i had to be at work on a sunday at 5am. but Sasha was playing at avalon on saturday...did i miss sasha? no! did i stay sober? tis not the crackhead way. i went into work rolling my brains out (i think it was 2 pills or something). didn't come down till about 8 or 9...thank god cuz the store opens at 10 :D |
