| yeah that wouldn't fly in vancouver.... any club that sells alcohol in vancouver has to shut down at either 2 am or 4 am depending on the venue |

serious? good idea to get the drunks of the streets, here the clubs stop when ppl leave. 8am ish |

vancouver sucks! all shuts down at 2. and unless you want to play on a fri or sat night, don't bother coming here to headline nothing. that's the scene here and its garbage.
they shut down every single trance, house and progressive weekly gig we had here. ascension, vivid, plush saturdays, all of it. :whip: |

yeah, but see, if they stop serving alchol at say 4, and let them dance til 6 or 8, it'd be better.
heck, stop serving at 2-4, and close at 6 on weekends so morning traffic doesn't have to worry about drunks as much, as its weekend, they get up a bit later. |

they need to have trance events at an after hours club
or a club that just doesnt sell alcohol
then they can go until all hours
and people don't drink much alcohol at trance events anyway.... water and energy drinks should suffice |

weekdays, closed by 2am, LATEST. Some have special permits to stay open until 3. Weekends, only special permitted places can stay open until 3, LATEST 4am. Then they shut down.
It sucked having Ferry come here awhile ago, comes in and plays barely 2 hours and the lights get turned on 1:58am. And then security kicks everybody out forcefully. :( |
