quickest way to rid yourself of a hangover?

| to avoid a hangover guzzle some water or gatorade and take an advil before going to sleep.. you will wake up mostly ok.. for a hangover, try to eat a few saltine crackers, drinks lost of water, take an advil and try to sleep for as much of the day as possible |

there's no magic trick.
just eat and drink.
your goal is to dilute the alcohol and at the same time give your body time to "digest" the alcohol.
also yuor genetics might be a force or a weakness as to the speed you process that alcohol. |

i think i may have flushed a lot out of my system...i really dont know what it was...
i was at a Molly Blooms here in Guelph chillin with my friend and watching her dad's band play and having some drinks..something obviously isnt sitting well this morning as i have already brought some of it up...
thank god i didnt do it in my sleep...
trying to stomach some food...i hear pasta is a good one to try...we'll see how it goes...
the landlord's dog came down to keep me company :D...he is snoozing out by the couch |

this is the best advice.
true hoser right here. :)
try to eat something before you go to bed, lots of stuff that can absorb the alcohol in your stomach while you sleep.
once you already go to bed and wake up with a hangover it's too late to do anything about it just have to ride it out. |

If you were drinking draft beer, you might have caught the bottom or top of a keg, and causes the worst hangovers, almost like a food poisioning. There's also lots of bacteria in the pipes that they pull the draft from! Drink bottled beer! :D |

hangovers from daught beer means the place you went to doesn't keep their line clean, or that they recycle beer. Avoid going to those places if you don't want a bad, bad hangover. Personally, those places that don't keep their lines clean almost always make my puke, reguardless of how much I drank.
As for curing the redbull/vodka hangover, I have no idea. The one and only time I overdid redbull, I was unable to sleep for about 3 days. You may just have to suffer thru it. |

i have never been to this Bar before...but wouldnt it be against health regulations to not keep the piping clean? Say every time they switch the keg aren't they suppose to clean out the piping too? |
