with star 69, bird of prey, etc under his belt, we all know how a producer he is. but is he a good DJ ???
i've never hear any of his live sets before, neither have i read about his sets. and he is dropping by this friday....

His music i great...I've got 1 liveset of his. in that liveset he plays only his songs, but is a good one.
So i think fatboy slim is a good DJ

one thing that is so nice about him, is that he playes music that you havnt heard so much of..

Oh man, for those who have seen him live have already told you how amazing this man is.....
I've had the luck to catch him at Zouk (Singapore) way back in 1999. This man is the e! With his awesome breaks and slamming beats, this Fatboy Slim blows the roof off the club with his unique sounds...No trainwrecks as far as I know that night....not too mention that breaks/beats are much harder to mix than trance/progressive....certainly a talented producer and DJ, IMO.
Plus, the vinyls he drops are definately danceable to! Floor-filler tunes! Excellent track selections.. :) |

Yes definitely a great DJ!
I got to see him at Club Space this year, and he threw an excellent set down! a lot of people like to bash him because of his commercialized songs (pun intended-most of his music is used in commercials!), but truth be told he very rarely uses his own songs in his livesets! he spins stuff that you'll never hear anywhere else, hard to describe, but bad-ass..... when i saw him he spun a combination of trance/techno with maybe one breaks record in there..... and i never noticed any trainwrecks either.
Definitely see him! :)
