Phil's is just up the road from the Vault (left out of the front door, 10 minute walk maybe?), at University and King.
Oh, and "working tomorrow" is _not_ an excuse. |

Hahah :) I'm pretty sure she doesn't mind taking this credit for the idea... But tomorrow, when we're all recovering, I doubt she'll want to take the blame :D |

I was there about 1 year ago and it was still pretty nasty.. so hopefully it has improved since then...
God.. that smell.. I just can't deal with it.. which is unfortunate cuz the music is good and the drinks are cheap! |
