I know I know. I never caught him there though :mad: But I'm wondering whether his not being a resident there anymore had anything to do with Stereo or their potential mishandling of him. |

I know Stereo's been in financial difficulties before, although I could never understand why. How can they not make enough money considering the fact the club is world reknown (which would prompt tons of sponsorship money), is always jam-packed with people, and has great support by the House community in Montreal and elsewhere, including DJs who volunteer to play there for free sometimes (Danny T. comes to mind)? |

Possible reasons:
1)doesnt bring people to the club
2)too expensive
3)didnt get paid

Well, I know alot of people have been really disapointed with Stereo just in general over the past months.
Stereo has gone way down since Sander left, Stoshi and others...
So I really don't think it was because they didn't bring in enough people. |

I think fast might be right. If Stereo is in financial difficulties, then the issue of not getting paid becomes extremely plausible. And I don't know if I'm willing to buy the "everyone is on the guest list" argument as justification for their financial woes. It just seems odd that such a club should be struggling the way it is considering what it has going for it. |
