Egg salad sandwich...
But the eggs smell like stinky farts when you first crack them open...
Any ideas on how to prevent the smelly egg syndrome? Chefs, speak up!
And post your specialty dish...
(for those who are saying "what's that got to do with trance".... I listen to trance while I make my egg salad sandwiches, and we could have a TOTA Monday at Cherry Beach picnic - HA!) :tongue3 |

And not rotten egg smell.... c'mon ... you know when you hard boil 'em and then crack 'em open and they smell a little farty...
Are they not cold enough when I crack 'em, or did I boil them too long? They're brand new eggs... they didn't float when I boiled 'em either... |

Hachis parmentier (it's french or belgian, don't think there's a name for it in english, but it's goooooooooooooooooooooooood)
