I don't think he's doing it for "fun"...to see first-hand whether an election process in a highly volatile country such as Iran happens fairly and in a democratic way to put to rest any myths or have an objective view if there is illegal activity is something very good!
I haven't checked up on any of the facts; just sharing my 2-cents at this point... |

The questions is, does he need to? Unlike many other actors, he is a smart guy who is not afraid to say what he has to say and does what he wants to do....and he is not of afraid of his own popularity and the current government. And as you said he is not doing it for himself. It takes Balls to go to Iraq just before the war and it takes guts to go to Iran and report on their democratic process. |

Oh absolutely...but I think he's doing it mostly cause he's interested in it not because he is expecting anything to happen from his actions...and clearly nothing really will...but hey if he wants to go, by all means :) |
