one of my jobs is in produce at the local grocery store...
been there, done that. That's why I dull my knife down a bit before I do any trimming with it. Sharp enough to cut lettuce bottoms but not sharp enough to break skin.
I just looked at my hand and I've got 4 scars from trimming cuts. |
