Anyone use Endnote referencing program? (pg. 2)

Better not get too far off track or else I'll never get this solved!!
Hopefully someone uses this software.....
I've had Endnote installed on my computer since the start of the year and used it with no problems, however I went to do an assignment a couple of weeks ago and the toolbar had disappeared, and there was no option in the toolbars menu.
I reinstalled Endnote, reinstalled the .dot file like they say, still no luck. I now have a toolbar, but no buttons!
I'm ed if I can't get this sorted, so please, does anyone have any ideas? (preferably people who have used this before) |

which version are you using? 6, 7, 8?
if nothing else works could always remove both endnote and word (most likely office) and reinstall both from scratch.
i take it you've read through the endnote FAQs? |

we use endnote and let me tell you Im sick of fixing problems with the fkr.
the usual way we go about it is to reinstall office and then endnote, and it usually picks it up, but there is a manual way. Ill post back in 5 mins, just gotta remember how to do it again. |

Yeah, tried reinstalling the program five or six times, reinstalling the .dot files etc (many times as well), everything in that FAQ
Next step is to reinstall Office and go from there.
If that doesn't work, panic time
