| I went clothes shopping today to get some "nice" clothes for my new position at work, as well as some other general things. I have to say that I am absolutely appalled at how ridiculous American fashion is. I went into couple of places like The Gap and American Eagle Outfitters to look for some khakis and they want you to pay $50-$80+ for pairs of pants that are already ripped. If American fashion isn't the epitome of form over function, I don't know what is. I said it and went to JC Penney where I can get decent looking, utilitarian clothes for a decent price. (By the way, ties are really ing expensive ): ) |
