TranceAddict Forums Archive > DJing / Production / Promotion > Production Studio stylus rmx View this Thread in Original format heelsy does anyone know how to automate the filter in stylus with cubase ive try'd a few controllers in the midi edit window but dont get any automation Project 7 I was having this problem with vstation & cutoff what you need to do is automate it not in the midi, but in the vst folder quote: go to the vst instruments volder expand look for your vstation hit the plus sign should have OSC something as the default value click more, then look for filter frequency press the R button to make it green automate away heelsy its taken all day but ive figured it out! what ya gotta do is go in vst folder find the stylus folder then find volume that has a drop down folder arrow next to it click and choose part 1 main filter frequency then automate :D As for automating your v station u can automate the cut off in the midi edit window if u click the drop down menu at the left han side which has velocity and volume etc go to the bottom where set up is click it go in the controllers menu -hidden- select controller 105 then click the symbol at the bottom <<< then ok then click the list select controller 105 and u can now automate the v station cut off.
