Rank1 (aka Piet Pervoets and Benno de Goeij) will be releasing "Many Miles Too Soon", a track dedicated to the tragic death of Miles Sturrerheim (one of the bosses at ID&T - behind the organisation of Innercity and Sensation). The track will initially be released on the FFA record label. With reference to the MarcoV website, it has been claimed that Rank1 and MarcoV will be releasing a track together. More information soon!!

I wonder if Miles' death reached the people outside of Holland. His death had great impact on me and made me think about life as a whole.

I still regret his death, and I sure noticed his absence in the organisation of the late ID&T party's. What most caught me was reading that 'superstring' was played at his funeral... What a way of saying goodbye to your loved ones: a song that manages to combine emotions with party...

Hmmmm... I'm getting to emotional here :D
I'm thinking of removing the text I just wrote, but I'll just leave it here. This man should be remembered at least once in a while.

Peace

are you guys slow? the mp3 has been on napster for WELL OVER A MONTH. i picked it up in early january i believe if not late december. its good, but its not as good as airwave.. as if many songs could even equal it. anyways check for yourself.. i guarantee at least 100 people have it.

Yes phatjack we all know that Rank 1 - Many Miles Too Soon has been around on mp3 in one form or another for a long time now but I think many of us are waiting for the "vinyl" release not just the mp3. I for one can't wait to drop this one at a party.
cave
The so called mp3-vinyl release is fake, its just a rip from Rank1's set at Trance Energy september last year..

Its in no way the complete and official release of the song...just an early promo
