So I went and bought these tracks from Beatport today, I think they were just released (On Beatport) today, and both mixes clock in around 4:00...
It just seems like from the earlier versions I'd heard of both these remixes were a lot longer, and had a lot more to them, and now they seem to be missing basically everything I liked about them...
Anyone know what happened? The early version of the Noel Sanger mix I especially liked, and I know that clocked in at over 9:00, and had a lot more to it...
Cheers,

That really sucks if they watered down the mixes for release. I haven't heard the released versions, but I absolutely love the Noel Sanger version that was played on GDJB and Noel's Monthly mixes from Hybridized. I've suspected that this has happened with other tracks. I don't know for sure but I think the released version of Mike Foyle feat. Statica - Space Guitar is different than the one I've heard on GDJB. It seemed like the peak had been shortened and some of the synths sounded different in the one that I own. |

| yah they took it out, cause i got an email about their new releases, and the link to the Close Enough tune gave me Errors...and i guess it was because they were @ 4mins, as you say...so maybe they are fixing it. |

Dude, it's definitely not the Noel Sanger mix from any of the CDJB... and I think "watered down" is a good way to describe them...
In any event, I'm really hoping that sometime I'll be able to get a HQ digital version of the track I loved, and not this 4 minute tease... |

Man, I'm hoping so... and Beatport is a really solid company as far as CS, so if they do change it, I'm fairly sure they'll hoook up the tracks free of charge, we'll see... |

| i've been after that track for ages (well since hybridized's set) and beatport took quite some time to release it although it was in their database (hidden, accessed only via label browse) for a while. I bought them off djdownload.com and at least the noel sanger remix is the full 9 min version so if beatport fails.. you know where to get it ;) |
