He is only trying to say you are not the only one, I think you need to get some ass Gemini you been a bit moody on the boards lately :p

And if you want people to care enough to help you it would wise to be humble.

Open the damn paper and look for job listings in the back.....don't come on TA expecting somebody to hook you up with a job.....this is life and nobody is going to hold your damn hand. Ive had a job since I was 13 and Ive never had a hard time looking or getting a job.....they are out there so get off your ass already.;)

i agree with brian-- honestly, i still believe the best way to get a job (besides 'networking' with people you know from your field) is looking in the good ole newspaper..worked for me many a time..

what do you do?? at least provide us with some information about yourself and past job history, etc... ffs..

Ah, the wonderful thing about America. You can get a job anywhere. Sure some jobs dont pay as well as others but there is always a job out there for anyone. This country revolves around the dollar so much it is impossible NOT to find any work. Good luck dude. :)

Yeah, and what type of job do you really want; what do you mean by good jobs?

looking for a job IS a fulltime job so i def sympathize...good luck with that. if u only had experience i would suggest temp agencies, i always got assigned 2-3 day jobs on practically a weekly basis, thats how good they were to me...

a lot of ppl apply for jobs online, which is fine but i still think it works to apply in person (if ur looking for a job in like the mall or a store such as Starbucks, cell phone or retail store as examples). And even more importantly, u need to reach that manager to find out if they are even looking for ppl -- and who often can decide asap if ur even worth interviewing. most of the time, if they say, "we'll let u know," its as good as a dead lead. a lot of ppl just stop at giving in the application. its not applying that increases the chances of u finding a job, its getting the interview that counts more.

for a part time job i would certainly consider working at a place like Starbucks ::shruggs:: I heard u get at least $8-$10 an hour at certain places. thats more than at retail stores.
