| I'd save up for cdj-200's. There's so much more you can do with them, and you'll have a lot more fun with them I think. |

cd players dont have crossfadrs...mixers do. but i dont think youll be using corssfaders unless youre doing scratching...
mixing wise youll mostlikely use faders.
save up for CDJ-200's aaswell as a DJM-707 from Pioneer. |

I need one of those for the shower. Not sure if I'd take a cd player into the shower though... |

Ok, I dunno what I "scratcher" is, but as said before the CD players don't have crossfaders, the mixer does. As far as your budget goes, I'd save more and get a decent set-up. 2 CDJ-200's and a decent mixer will probably run you into the grand range but it'd be worth it rather than spending $200 on some set-up that'll die in a year or two. |

2x Pioneer CDJ-200's
1x numark or vestax mixer..or find a cheap more above average mixer on ebay. |

| yeah a vestax mixer can be had for fairly inexpensive price and you could keep looking on ebay for a cdj-200 |
