thats why i like this chillout room - most threads are new and unique. I don't HAVE to discuss music on here... i already KNOW i like the music. But agreed with bug_bite - the peeps are pretty cool. (for the most part).

I havent seen a post on the Music Forum that is new or interesting for about a year. My amount of trance dowloading has slowed down considerably too, and that changes it a bit. I understand that the newbies are entitled to find out about everything, cause i was once one of those people! now i jsut check the chillout most of the time, cause the topics are rarely the same and are more diverse than specifically trance related...late/:) |

Ill go against the grain and say how much I hate this site. Ever since I found it Ive been stuck in front of this damn machince called a computer. I cant get away from it.
so yeah. the boards rock. The 14 year olds are tolerable, and for the mostpart we get along. Which is pretty sweet considering there are 6000+ members

anywayz...I've got nothing to add to bug's post...registered in march, still come here a couple hours a day, and if nothing happens here, we have the chat :)
this site makes me aware of all the great tranceaddicts there are all around the world....and without swamper i NEVER would've met the peeps that i met so far...swamper...you gave me new friends for life i think :) weeeeeeeeeee |

i only posted in the music discussion for the first month or two i was here. then i ventured into the chillout... lol, i've been on here almost every day since then heheh. this site was the first place i actually interacted with people over the net. to my surprise, i've made many good friends here. so, thanks to everyone! and especially swamper for running this monster of a site.

Looking at the activity in the senior forum, I guess nobody in their right minds would argue against the influx of new members. I've been spending time here for ages, and although almost nobody from the early days still post here, people who've signed up later have become just as valuable to me. I think the the main event that made these forums better, was the clean-up of all the spammers in the late summer. |
