Allright it's a deep male voice saying:

The comma's represent breaks of approxamitly 3 seconds.
Then a female voice says something backwards i think something like bla bla bla new millenium.
It's a really cool song!!

EDIT:
Can't find the version I'm looking for!! All I find is a stupid disco mix. The version I heard has a melody similar to Sasha - Xpander or Bedrock - Heaven Scent. It's really a cool song!
Oh well, we'll see.
