Damm let me see.. when I went searching for trance music after the rise of it on 99.. I remember falling in love with the Gatecrasher Compilation WET, which had Albert - 4G, Thrillseekers, NebularB... and then the Dream Dance Comps ( commercialssss.. ! blah ).. but then I heard Sasha Xpander in it... Fragma's Toca me, and I was INN... then I discovered George Acosta's - Awake, to Oakenfold Live Sets, and Paul van Dyk's Golden tracks... wow man that year was just bliss... Its hard to describe the feeling I felt evertytime I heard this tracks and got my hands on new tracks..

Now that I think about it even more, "Josh Wink - Higher State Of Consciousness" was the tune that made say "Hey, what is this stuff? I like it!" :p Then someone recommended Urbal Beats. Damn, how time flies.....

I've always been into EDM, before trance though I was more into Hip Hop/Rap, I still am, but I don't put as much effort into finding new HH/Rap artist. I'd say Hybrid with Finished Symphony and Chicane - Halycon did it for me.
