You Heard The Best Music In What Game?

just like the title says, post up what games you thought had some great music, go ahead, feel free to put up as many as you want.
Wipe0utXL and Wipe0ut 3 (for psone) both have some of the most awesome electronica/trance soundtracks out there. XL features more electronica while WO3 (soundtrack compiled by DJ Sasha) has a bit more trancy stuff. btw, this is a future based anti gravity racer.
Adventures of Batman & Robin (sega genesis) this is a forgotten one that never got the props it deserved for its soundtrack, it is unbelievable techno soundtrack for its time that hasnt been matched.
Last but definetly not least the Beatmania IIDX series. this is my favourite of all time as you can tell by my sig. its a DJ Simulator game much in the same vein as Dance Dance Revolution, but played with a special turntable controller. this game series has some of the best songs of any game ever made. has something for just about everyone, if anyone is interested in learning more about it, feel free to PM me. |

| yeah if it wasnt for wipeout i wouldve never got into "electronica" and i would never have ventured into other genres of music, i wouldve still been listening to same ol mainstream radio stuff :( (not that theres anything wrong with it) |

Unreal Tournament (the original from 1999). Best game music ever! :D
Frank Klepacki's C&C scores are pretty awesome too. Especially the original from '95. |

| FFIV, FFV, FFVII, Xenogears, Metal Gear Solid 3 - I just finished it recently. What a wicked game!! Best plot in the MGS series so far IMO. Or perhaps just as good as the 1st one. :cool: |
