I like some of it. My favorite band of the genres is definitely Bad Religion.
As for ska, that's just about all my roommate would listen to so I'm definitely burnt out on it. Not a big fan at all.
Some of my more favorite bands:
BR (already mentioned)
Bouncing Souls
Descendents (Milo Goes to College <-- great album)
NOFX
Rancid (latest album blew ass, though) |

| I don't listen to either! I just don't like that kind of stuff. I prefer rock/metal and techno. |

Yeah I once went through a big punk phase where I was into "The Ramones", "Sex Pistols" and "The Living End". Still like those bands just no leather jacket and torn jeans.
I always liked ska, really into "The Specials", "General Public" and "Reel Big Fish". |

As long as the musics cheerful, its ok with me.
I'm not a big fan of soapy, depressive angry noisy music. Been thru that phase and i dont wanna go there anymore |

yeah me too. I'm sorry. I've given up on Much music/Mtv based rock music. Linkin park and emo and ugh...
Even Tool hasn't put out an album for like 5 years now. :(
If it weren't for Deftones, I'd have been bored silly. |
