EDM as a whole owes a debt of gratitude to Brian Eno.
Listen closely to the first two Roxy Music lps.
And if you get a chance check out the crazy cover art both inside and out. The pictures of Eno are classics. They should have posted a album credit to Mabeline. |

The original tune is a masterpiece, no doubt about it. I still think the Leama & Moor Remix is a great tune, and a nice take on the track, but the original is just special. You may have recognised the tune from movie soundtracks such as "28 Days Later".
Brian Eno is a legend of EDM, and a modern day musical genius if you ask me....just check out his discogs profile, and you can't help but be impressed.
Let's not forget that he produced (or co-produced?) one of U2's albums, including the amazing tune "Where The Streets Have No Name" among others.

Brian Eno is probably the artist I listen to the most, especially "Ambient 1: Music for Airports".
When I first heard about the Leama & Moor remix I was kinda shocked, thinking "who would destroy such a classic?". But when I heard the remix ,I loved it. So much that I bought it instantly and have been playing it since! :) |
