Here you go,
NUMARK 5000FX

just a bit more than the Q-FX19, but much better quality sound and better quality made unit.
Contact me directly at [email protected] if you have questions about either of these units or for a great fellow TA special price.
Cheers... |

Ok I did a little research and found out it's around $549. So that will answer Cosmic Realm's question. Anything around that price will be good, I don't want something too expensive, stuff over 700 or 750.
See the reason I don't like that numark one that Dj Tranz showed me is because it doesn't have that screen that the Q-FX19 has. Does that screen serve a purpose, or is it pointless? So is there any other reasons why I shouldn't get this mixer or why the Numark is better? Thanks |

lol you didn't like it cause it doesn't have a screen
find a review about the numark 5000fx and you'll realize that it's a brand new mixer (released q1 2005) and it has a LOT of features and effects capabilities...i'm not really sure about any other mixer that can match the effects capabilities and the beatkeeping / beatmatching effects and samples capabilities of the numark
...and if you like the "cool screen" then maybe you should do a little research before you spend your money on a gameboy, i hear it has a big screen too... |

anyone scratched with the 5000 ?
if so - how was crossfader's response?

I'm getting mine sometime this week
I will "scratch" some trance tracks :P hehe and let u know how the fader response is
from what i've heard and read the fader is actually "loose" or more so "loose" than the pioneer mixers
so i assume that would be better for scratch dj'ing
but for mixing it shouldn't make a difference, once you get used to the feel of the loose fader it won't bother you |
