Hmm.. when I was 16-18 I probably bought enough booze to sink a boat. But down here, 18 turned legal, then later they raised it to 21. I was born in the perfect time. Actually, when I hit 18, they wouldn't sell me beer at the damn grocery store and I had to go to the manager to argue and make the dumb ass clerk sell it to me. They hadn't sold to 18 before, but law was the law and I got my Brewsky...and some damn pride...

Most of the Infantry recruits we get are under 21. We train them and send them to war. But there's some down time and even if underaged, they figure out how to get tanked beforehand. Thank god for the barracks...
