how can you find old posts?

| i posted a question in the dj forum like 2 months ago and forgot about it until just now. i tried searching for past posts i've made but looks like you can't do user name searches anymore, so i tried keywords and it only went back a couple weeks. is there anyway to find older posts? |

if you can remember key words you can search that way.
ive noticed that sometimes when i search for a thread it doesnt come up but when i use different word strings, it'll bring the thread up.
and it's funny because i typed in the name of the exact thread i was looking for and search couldn't find it. |

If you are searching for key words, be sure youre searching for items INCLUDING(1) these words and not EXACT PHRASES(2).
If you know which forum it was (as it appears you do) try searching only in that forum (3).
EDIT: Also, follow Nouu's suggestion and try searching that way. I usually search for a year as a (self-)default. That option is to the right of option (3) |

Click on profile on the upper right, then you will see subscribed threads, click on View All Subscribed Threads, it should be there. |
