| To judge an entire country of people as one of the same is just so beyond my comprehension. I hope that I nobody that posts here judges me or any other American to be a dumb yankee simply because of our poor leadership, and a shaddy businessman buying the worlds greeatest sports team. Uh, we really have been striking out since 2000. |

Ok, first of all, you only saved France and UK in the WW1, and if you didn't do that, there probably wouldn't have been a WW2. Secondly, you knew Saddam didn't have any WMDs, because you had no evidence to support that claim whatsoever, and you did not want to let the weapons inspectors in. Third, don't you realize that like 50-100 iraqis get killed on the streets every day? What in freedom is that? |

To be fair, to the people who orchestrated the Iraq war it was irrelevant whether or not Saddam had WMDs, what was relevant was that they believed he would get WMDs in the future if he didn't have them already |

On topic: I think its good that eu helps out with the mess the US and their coalition of the willing created in Iraq. Not because I think we should help the US, but because the ppl of Iraq really need help. Man you dont know what your talking about. First when it came to gather intelligence about WMD's there was a miscommunication between the CIA and FBI, their intelligence was WRONG and each agency was giving in diff info to the Bush administration... In which he had to make a decision over going into the war. and since the 9/11 report was released the two agencies have now to work together over terrorism etc.... the CIA and FBI dont like each other, thats why we FAILED to give intel over if Saddam had WMD.
Yes many Iraqis die daily, in the long process they would will see the final result. FREEDOM IN NOT FREE MY FRIEND! |

Well, my point was to tell my personal opinion why i agree with the european commision, and also i said that people are usually slower than politicans on issues. i guess what i tried to say was that no, ppl arent that much more bush friendly (although i think they are somewhat more now), but ppl will soon start to forget and move on, as the politicans have already done. As to what caused it, simply that ppl forget, and that there really is no point in constantly thinking of the past... but perhaps we should get a "im sorry i was wrong about iraq" from bush before we forgive him and move on... |

The U.S had been warned that there might have been a possible attack on American soil, but the FBI failed to investigate the case(knowing that they were alqaeda members in America) |
