M-Audio 2496 - Clicks, samples cut ?!

Hi folks,
Just got a 2496 and it seemed to install ok but when I click on web pages the "click" sound sometimes plays fine, other times its truncated - kinda pops. The same happens when playing MP3/WAV's and doing other things.
Anyone had similar problems and fixed em?
Im running XP and installed the latest drivers from the web.

| Mmm yeah, go to the M-Audio icon on your taskbar, then the Hardware tab. Increase the buffer size a few steps. I have mine set to 512. |
