Making the big switch (PC to MAC) & got a question!

OK, I just bought an Powerbook; I previously used a PC. And one of my most used programs was Acid-Pro 4. I was planning to install it on my MAC until I realized that this is only for PC's, which sucks!

I was wondering what programs are similiar to Acid Pro 4, that I can use on my Powerbook.

And just to give an idea of what I use it for. I'm a editing, reworking, reconstruction, whatever you want to call it, junkie! I like to load complete tracks and either shorten or lengthen the begining to make the track more mixer friendly or sometimes I'll cut out sections of a tracks that I really don't like. That's pretty much the only thing I really used Acid Pro for.

as a ACID lover i would recomand ABLETON LIVE.

Yes, Ableton Live will suit you perfect! =o)

I kinda been wanting to explore Ableton lately, being I've heard so much about it and knowing that I can do my editing in there just like in Acid just puts a seal on it. I think I'll take your advice.

Thanks bro!
