| i almost did not go wed. night because of it, VERY glad i did, have not gone out and had a blast like that in a loooooooooong time. Ferry is pretty old school so I had to go, especially in tampa, you never hear of like that. Well, TA rocks, glad i found it, lets get tampa on the map. |

Very good thing you didn't miss out on AMP. He played great in Orlando @ ZINC, but AMP was defintely a better time. That was my 3rd time seeing Ferry in a week. The road-trip was defintely worth it. :D |

Getting a little old? Dude, I was born in the same year as you...I only started clubbing in '02. You can never be too old. :thepirate And I sure as hell don't act my age, either. that getting too old . ;) |
Too f-ing right! Though I'll admit, my muscles weren't too happy with me yesterday. Think I danced too much, but Ferry will do that too me. :D :D |

| i'll pay for ferry to come back next week! That was a sick set, the only set that comes close was when steve lawler was at icon in orlando a few years back. Icon put a sick system in there, it was banging. Tampa needs a little lawler... man would that be sick. |

You should hear Space. The Amp's is pitch perfect in comparison, at least I can hear the melody. |
Oh yeah. Space = overkill with the bass.

| Space has a system that rocks you, thats why i can not hear a few days after i go there. the bass at amp just seems to drag out. All i'm saying. And I had the ringing ears after the amp on wed. Just tweak the system for the style of dj that is coming in. |

Ferry brought a great vibe and alot of energy to the Amp on Wed.
So great to hear that kind of pumpin music in Tampa. I love his mix of Synaesthesia, and the real treat at the end was his encore performance of "Barber's Adagio For Strings". Love to hear that song in a club. The crowd was really into it and that makes all the difference in the world.
Can't wait to do it again!!! |

Does anyone know if this set was recorded and if so, where we could get it. For those who need a good fix of a live ferry set, go here

It's his live set from avalon nyc last year. Pretty solid, the recording is a little weird though. |
