TIESTO in concert @ Rogers Center

Well, I don't want to disappoint, but this is not a factorial thread, merely a hypothetical thread.
This being said, I would like to draw attention to the fact that Tiesto has drafted up his NORTH AMERICAN tour for his Tiesto IN CONCERT series, and has not comfirmed a Canada date....??? (This has been brought up before, but must be re-hashed due to his upcoming concert)
Well, what could this mean? Well, it either means Tiesto is planning some blowout event, like none other, or he is planning to have the event at the Rogers Centre.
Well, how could this be possible Andre?, says everyone reading?
Tiesto has one more date on his schedule, which he hasn't announced on his US tour. Might I repeat his US tour. Will he be US bound come New year's Eve, or will be tearing us up at the Rogers Center? It all depends on us come June 30th.....
He knows its our territory, and its our Nation's bday, so please, I beg all of you, if he hasn't finalized that date by the 30th, be yourselves, enjoy the music, and make him realize that the last spot in his US tour should be in CANADA!!!!
Cuz, even though we might just be an apartment resting on top of a loft apartment with a party...........

i am just makin jokes.....not a huge fan of Tiesto in concert series but i guess for his die hard fans its a good thing. i really hope you guys get to see his concert series in Canada...it will be a great thing for Canadian Electronica scene and specially if it is being done on new years eve. You know everyone around the world will be looking forward to it. |

This would never happen ... you forgot what happen in 1999 with the Rave Protocal.
1)Renting out the Dome for event like this is retarded. Once they find out what type of event it is, they will cancell and pull out.
2)Thinking about all the Off Duty Police that will have to be there, and think about how much it cost.
3)You'll need upto 10 - 20 Corp sponsership to help.
4)Tiesto has a big fallowing, but in Canada ... I don't think he can fill the dome.
PS. Molson Amp. Theater or Molson Park is more a reality. Even the International Centre, Congress Centre, Better Living Centre and National Trade Centre is impossible. |
