Top Ten Reasons Why Today Ruled

10. I played basketball this morning and dunked on some old guys.
9. Drove my Jeep with the top down for the first time.
8. It was 87 degrees and sunny.
7. There is chocolate peanut butter fudge in my refrigerator.
6. There is Dos Equis in my refrigerator.
5. XM Radio
4. NEW VINYLS!
3. Because it's just easy getting through the day knowing that you get to sleep RIGHT THE F**K IN tomorrow.
2. None of my accounts yelled at me today.

And the number one reason why today ruled:

1. Can't really put a finger on it, I just woke up and new it was going to be a good one.

Ever have one of those days?

Gotta relish 'em!

Relish is right - these days stick in your head for the rest of your life. Like a wee stock of happiness to draw on when something rains on your parade.

On the day of my graduation ceremony, the sun was shining, everyone was happy, and I sat up all night drinking champagne. Then when I got home, I had a message offering me a PhD place in my first choice university, and with funding. That was like my 'all my hard work has finally paid off' day ;)

today and yesterday have rocked so far.

yesterday:

1) got my amateur scratch skills going. am starting to feel happy about those.
2) friend is leaving, so he rents a VIP room in an exclusive lounge, treats a few of us to exotic booze, and, we end up having a certain famous deep house DJ spin for us and a few of his crew, in our little room, for free.\
3) we eventually are forced to leave, as the lounge closes at 3am, so we went to another club with the DJ and all his peeps.
4) i drank exotic booze. for free. i repeat. exotic booze + free.
5) in my drunkness, i don't remember, but i hear i was dancing and making out with an amazingly hot chick, and they have pics of me dancing. i remember the chick in the pic, but nothing else.

today:

1) had a blast spinning for myself just now. i didn't know new tracks could give spinning such a nice feeling.

Wish I could say the same...

Had a horrible road rage incident that happened about 2 hours ago. I'm still messed up over it. It was bad. The dude followed me back to my place kind of bad...

I wouldn't call it easily satisfied, I'd just call it appreciative of the little things.

But you seem like a pretty negative person so, whatever you want to call it.

Cheers
