what would you do if a girl forgot your bday?
you'd be sad
maybe angry
if she called you back the next day and offered up a valid excuse and then said that was no excuse for missing it and shes sorry, youd feel better.
and then if she said let me make it up to you, lets...
much better
dont make up a dumb story
tell a half-truth and then move on...
hopefully shell give you many more occasions to remember her bday ;) |

Don't apologize for anything. Infact, just play it cool, call her up and ask her how her birthday party went. The fact she didn't invite you is in my opinion enough of a justification to not have to say sorry, and if she didn't have one it just opens the door for more conversation. I would even ask her why she didn't invite me, and how I'm a little upset that she didn't:D(or something along those lines). Then just ask her if she wants to catch up the next day for lunch or something. |
