he guys,
im about to buy a 'new' (2nd hand) mixer. i have two possibilities; a gemini 626i (the silver one) or a gemini 626 pro 2..
which one is better? or has more options/functions? i have had a look at both, on first site there exactly the same, they only have different coverplates on top ...
so imagine; you can both buy em for lets say a hundred bucks, which one is betetr to choose?
i cant find any info on this on the net |

| Im not sure but i have one of these that i got with my tables and i gotta say the sound quality is unbearable to me. You would be much better off saving a little and going for something better. |

thnx for the info, nut lets say i dont wait with money. i have more debts then credits, so saving money isnt an option for me; i can only try to give out as little as possible, because there are boundaries/borders to having debts for me .... thats why i HAVE to choose between these 2. i know they are good, i have red it somewhere. ... plz help me out |

the price i mentioned isnt the real price, its fictive, fake, because for making the decision, it doesnt matter ..... so dont argue that its much or little for such a mixer i only care for advice on which one i should take ... |

| Sorry about the usless adive then but i would agree with dartman, go with wichever one looks better to you. To my understanding (meaning i could easly be wrong;) ) the mixers are the same besids the shape/design. |

I have the 626i and frankly i am very happy with it. i also had money saving issues and consequently bought the 626i. Obviously its not a pioneer, but it does its basic functions properly. the only 2 negative things i could say bout it is that the low-mid-hihg scrollers are slighly too close together, and sometimes i hit one of the others accidentally, but when live, i assure u, u dont do mistakes. second is the same 3 dont kill the sound completly, they only go down to -32dB cut (which is pretty low) but a real 100% cut would be nice. apart from this, i suggest u go for the 626i. The sliders are comfortable and i really like the functionality design on this mixer, or maybe ive just got used to the fact its not a pioneer :p
good luck on your buy |
