I flew into New Orleans this weekend to pick up my roommates new car with him -- a new Viper. One word: Ridiculous. I had to drive it part of the way back from New Orleans to Dallas and also a little bit around N.O. I was doing 120 by accident.
Anyways, I will post some pics of this bad boy later. It's beautiful. |

yea, im sure a lot of people are upset i didn't die. the nice thing about this car is that it has enough power to get you in trouble, but then also to get you out of it. the retail on them is around 85. anyways... here's a pic of me driving it - this is a couple hours outside of dallas where we had to stop to take some pictures of a building (roommate is a commercial real estate appraiser). The pics really don't do the car justice at all.

| I'm disappointed. I thought for sure that a patriotic person such as yourself would have talked your friend into buying an american car. |

You are correct. Dodge/Chrysler is owned by Daimler-Benz, a German company. The car itself may have been manufactured in the States, but the dough to purchase it went to a Bierfest. :stongue: |
