How can I make good samples out of my songs?

I tried to make samples from my songs but I just don't know where to cut them since my tracks ussually don't have breaks and stuff.
Anyone knows how to help me?

| try cutting an existing song.. it could have been u have bended the rules of arrangement, hence it doesnt sound like the samples at audiojelly.. |

how about trying fade in <-> fade out?
always using it...ur fading the snareroll or whatever and then it comes to the main part or atleast to the "HEART" of the track

Thats the bigest problem.
My tracks doesn't have one heart.
One part is with acids, one with stirngs, one with both and one with a totally different melody... |
