ok this is straight outta January's Playboy....i dont have a copy so i'll type out the whole article :D
"New Orleans - Federal prosecutors have charged a company that organizes raves at a downtown theather with violating a law that prohibits anyone from maintaining a building where drugs are used or distributed. The company agreed to pay a 100,000USD fine, do more to prevent the use of extasy at its events and ban "drug paraphernalia" such as pacifiers, glow sticks, massage tables, vaporizer rub and dust masks.
Three ravers took the government to court, arguing the ban on accessories violated their rights. "What's next?" asked the director of the state ACLU. "A ban on tie-dyed shirts and deadlocks?" A judge ruled FOR the ravers."

glowsticks and pacifiers durg paraphernalia???? so a kid sucking on a pacifier could legally get it's pacifier taken away by the cop???

i agree with you mack-daddy! a bong is drug paraphenilia - its USED to take a drug.... pacifiers aren't used for taking drugs - they're used to heighten the experience.......
did you hear they pulled VICKS off drugstore shelves? LoL, jk....

| waaaah, that's a first. :D :D :D wooohooo. good stuff. i wouldn't mind clubs banning the use of all those accessories, as long as the club stays open. booya. that's all that matters. |
