I posted this in June: http://www.tranceaddict.com/forums/...&highlight=bill

I'm considering going, but more on the "no" side of the fence.

whoops, i'm a crappy searcher

I think I'll be making the drive up from Austin

I'd go just for BT, but I'll already be on the road coming back down from Kansas City on 03Jul05 so I won't be able to catch it. I'd cry, but I have to save my tears for my poor soon-to-be-imprisoned trance-happy friend.

Spill the beans man where did you hear this from? If that is true then I will just wait as well. I've always wanted to see BT live. The man is a genius.
DJ_Ballistic
so long as he's not on a laptop
Zeonfiend
Dude, BT could be on a calculator and still make it sound good. :p

wowi maui!!!! he rocked for 2 hrs on a laptop and just went from dirty breaks to trance to classics. he started off with

Jay Z - Can I Get A (accapela)

then went into a dirty breaks mix of it then just kept going from there. i know more of the songs he threw down but being as wasted as i was these are the ones that i can recall that he threw down...

Smashing Pumpkins - 1979
BT - Force of Gravity (Ferry Corsten Remix)
BT - Flaming June
BT - Never Gonna Come Back Down
BT - Dreaming
BT - Mercury and Solace
BT - Knowledge of Self
Chemical Brothers - Galvanize
Tiesto - Love Comes Again
Mylo - Drop The Pressure

his encore was of course

BT - Force of Gravity

i want to say he also spun

BT - Godspeed

but i could be wrong since i was pretty much
got the usual autographs and had a phukin blast, thanks jbooty for letting me know and letting me ride along with you all. it was a blast. he is a for sure on my to see AGAIN list.

i love BT.
wish i was here to catch him on time.
mercury solace!!!!
Satellite!!!!

austin eh?

jbooty
uh yeah, i'm gonna have to agree with ryan's review... freakin awesome!!

The club (Purgatory) was one of the nicest I've ever been to. The whole heaven/hell thing can be really cheesy but they pulled it off really well with three totally different settings/moods/styles.

I really wish there was more of a TA turnout though.... :( (better see more of y'all if he does in fact play in austin soon)

Jason Alexander (british guy that opened for BT) threw down an awesome set as well. I'd never really heard of him before but I have to say he was pretty impressive.

All in all it was definitely worth the 3hr drive to see BT!!!!!!!!!
