im a big hernan fan, but to be honest i think its a case of john tonks being some talented engineer type, who is helping hernan..as he has produced a couple of things with dean coleman before as well.otherwise he would be producing on his own.
also check out Oliveria-Break my mind they have done a remix of this track...and imo their best yet. sounds amazing live:D :D |

yeah...i mean i really wouldn't be too surprised if it was the John Tonks show haha :p. i mean, i think hernan is a good dj, but these tracks are great and i don't really like the really really deep hernan sound, which these don't really have...i dunno though...whatever it is...i think its pretty good.
and i'll have to check that track out ;) |

to be honest, as good as strange items is, and it IS in good live, they havent really done an awful lot to it, just made it playable in a club..jeff bennet's done all the hard work+ the sound of hernans work with different artists is different, so its hard to say hernans influence is coming through on these tracks as good as they are, which leads me to think that it really is these random engineer dudes hes picking up in seedy back alleyways on his travels:stongue:
would love to be told otherwise thought.. cos hes a class dj..defo got his own sound in that regard:cool: :cool: |

warsaw is the , no doubt about it.
I love hernan's style, in his sets/cd's his ability to keep the basslines absolutely flowing together is probably what i love most about his style/sound |

there was some other hernan tune or remix on his renaissance cd that was almost as good. i hope these will be released in full lenght some time. and hernan sure does rock!
