| just to rant a little, i'm so pissed, i work at a nursing home and we make a good wage, and for some retarded reason everyone is turning down the contract (this will be the 3rd and final time its offered b4 arbitration which will mean layoffs). and we'll be getting a .75 cent raise right away plus a .15 bonus for weekends, but everyone thinks they're cashing in huge putting all this retro money in the bank. :whip: :whip: :whip: and the biggest piss off is dumbasses like this. "my husband says to always vote no for a contract." i just felt like slapping this person stupid. how bout you pick up the contract and read the in thing you brain dead moron. and if for whatever reason the nursing home folds becasue we've been losing residents, we could get screwed out of the retro anyways. i'm just really pissed that working with dumbasses could mean losing one of the best paying jobs i could have as a student :whip: :whip: |
