Here are my suggestions:
- Get a better CPU fan.
- Get some case fans.
- Get a newer machine.

| Firstly, quit playing so much Tiesto. That might be the primary cause of overheating. Then as Chris said get some case fans. |

Get a peltier unit and watercool the hot side. Problem solved.
PS: Stop using Celerons. |

Laptop? Geez.
Ignore my suggestions.
Instead, ensure that your laptop is on a flat, hard surface to accomodate proper air flow. A desk or table that has holes in it, such as the Ikea desk I use, can help. Also, try getting a table fan and aim it at the laptop...
If you're feeling adventurous, you might try enabling low power consumption/speedstep low/processor cycling, which could be located in BIOS setup when you boot your laptop. This will cause the processor to consume less current and produce less heat. You will notice a performance hit. |

If it's a laptop get one of those "coolpad" stands that raise it above the desktop to cool the bottom.
I have a special little table I made from plywood and it has a 3 inch hole under the laptop and I put in an old fan from a computer power supply - that works great. The fan officially needs 12 volts but I power it from an old power cube that is 9 volts and it still blows lots of air. I only need to run the fan on hot days in the summer.
Here's a commercial unit, a bit clunky:

| Another suggestion if these don't work is get it cleaned. My roommate this past year had the same problem only on warmer days and it turned out he had a stankload of dustballs collected inside blocking the airflow. |
