GREEN TEA. I you not. Last night I was buying a few beers at the 24 hr store, and low and behold, GREEN TEA LAY's.

tomato sauce flavored chips have been around in australia for about 10 years now. My brother brought a box with him when he moved to hong kong - that was about 20 250 gram bags of tomato sauce flavored chips!

Are you kidding! wow... are they any good? i just can't see that coming together as something good. It's contradictory in a way, chips that are full of trans/sat fat and cholestorol with the anti-oxident benefits of green tea. :D

haha, yeah...i don't see them as being any good. Asia has some funky tastes and combinations when they take a western product and make it "asian." Take for instance Pizza Hut. Well developed in China. A item on their menu is a salad pizza sorta thing with ham and tomatos, CORN, PRAWNS, and thousand island dressing as the sauce. mmm mmm good. :nervous:

Oh, and i didn't buy the green tea chips. if i do, i'll let u know. don't count on it though, i don't see the two flavours coming together as any good either.
