well, last night wasnt much, i was the best. only 30-40 people there. tomorrow night is sandra collins, and the place is going to be packed. thats where ill get my footage.
never seen someone spinning fire. ive tried that, but its just not my thing. the fire is heavy and just too slow for me. |

| IMHO that's how poi should be, slower and more flowful. I haven't tried fire though, I've been wanting to so bad. |

i like the slow stuff, but poi is just too slow. when i do, i think way ahead of myself, and mess up. but its the best workout out there. my arms feel heavy and stiff right now from last night(liquid/string sticks). a few more monthes of this, and ill have some big guns, or cut ones at least. |

You won't get big guns by doing poi, but yeah they'll be pretty cut.
