what sorta things freaked you out as a kid

what used to freak me out was crimewatch, everything about the programme just really sketched me right out.....the music on the credits , the re-constructions, artist impressions and E-fits....and bloody nick ross saying at the end "please dont have nightmares, do sleep well" :nervous: :nervous: just after they talked about people being burgled, mugged or getting stabbed, or murdered and bludgened to death

the E-fits were particulary  cos they would stick in the back of my mind, and when i went to bed i would see them and just couldnt sleep...and if i went to bed early and mum and dad were watching it downstairs...if i heard the music from upstairs i would litrally cover my ears :nervous:

dunno why?
it was from about age 11 upwards.....but now 23 its not a problem to watch
Ste

I used to watch London’s Burning before bed way back when. As you can imagine dreams of raging infernos ensued. It didn’t help matters that we lived behind a Fire Station either.

Crimewatch? I always found that fascinating when I was younger, for some reason. Not scary.
