BPM Jumping Off-Beat

I have a problem with some tracks.
i can have them beatmatched but suddenly The BPM Jump Off-beat, I dunno is this is that the song is changing bpm in certain beats.
Is It The Track, or myself doing somethign wrong.
If It's me, How can I Mix this track with another.

| Some producers have been known to speed up their songs slightly. It can happen because the record is dirty, so it skips. Or because the record was pressed poorly. |

it is also possible that you are not correcting quick enough when it is not matched close enough :)

Well maybe its the song itself that speed up suddenly,
This happen to me with 2 tracks:
Underwater - Water Planet (Dreas Remix)
Mr Sam - Lyteo (Rank 1 Remix)
